The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to the following:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 434                                                            
"An Act requiring drug testing for applicants for and recipients of           
assistance under the Alaska temporary assistance program; and                  
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
HB 434 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.
